I always kinda saw Mimic’s accent as something of a cross between a Cajun accent and a Brooklyn accent, as wierd as that would be.

I Dont see Mimic as being voiced as ‘Bugs Bunny’, So i agree with WyvernHand on that One. Partial Brooklyn only.
I was personally thinking dirty New York taxi driver (the ones that speak “fluent” English) complete with smoker’s rasp.
