Honestly I’m just hoping this doesn’t go on as long as the Baseball level.

I’m just hoping it doesn’t involve sportsball.

Oddly enough, it took me until panel 5 to realize mimic was at a castle and not a miniature golf course.

I feel this would merit a “Roxy, what the hell are you doing?” Cause this is not going to end well.

I do not think that means what you think it means.

Seems perfectly obvious what she’s doing to me.
With the Princess still MIA, someone needs to cover for her so the people don’t start to worry.

Personally, I think Roxy’s just doing this so that she can finally have a seat that isn’t a mimic.

It took me a while to stop mentally adding a cigarette next to Princess’s lips.

Gee, Roxy’s performance is great if it’s making you do that 😀

In the background they’re playing Cornelia Castle but it’s techno as hell.

Title : The princess is in another castle.

(Maybe a cloud giant one or something)

I think we can probably state confidently that they live in a principality.

Mmmmh… I understand the guards would let Boxford in, considering he’s a friend of the Princess… but how do they know he’s that one mimic, and not another mimic having taken the appearance of Mimic…?

It’s the jutting chin. Other mimics just form a mouth.

Probably the same way they know the Princess is really the Princess, and not somebody else in disguise.

Well, even us non-mimics can pick up a clue or two. Roxy hasn’t quite mastered the Princess Throne Slouch.

Roxy slouches like a monarch: weary and distracted, perhaps, but still lion-souled and confident in her power. Princess slouches like a surly drunk who is only still alive because choking on your own vomit seems like so much WORK…and besides, she beat up the last three Gods of Hangovers that tried anything.

This is like the old changing-places story of the Prince and the Pauper, only it’s the Princess and the Popstar. Maybe. Need more coffee. Or less coffee. Whatever.

Hmm… After 6 days(slow phone means slow loading) ive reached modern times… That last arc took WAAAY too long… But sports arcs, like tournament arcs, exist to fill a gap while the author of the story pulls a new plot out of his… Lets say “Axe”, to keep it pg… It dosent actually seem that way, but the gnome-ball arc was stretched out in similar fashion… And wasn’t as good as the rest of the comic…

Still, i wish I had the skill to do a webcomic… Sadly, i cannot draw, no matter how much i practice…

This comic is good… But… I cant wait months between pages… I WILL be returning to read more, sometime in the future… But probably not for a few years.

Using reference lines is in my experience the ingredient that makes art learned oh so much quicker.

The last arc was arguably done to give the author a chance for transition, but it was still good. This isn’t “cheapo look-ovah-tere stew”, it’s “what’s an easy thing to work off of that’ll still give me a chance for plot”. If it was overextended, that was more to give it a meaningful feel than to make it overextended.

Wow. I didn’t think this would ever actually happen. And just my luck. Next time I check in, the entire chapter’s already done, and the next one has started. Thanks for your work man.
