Hey! The ump (or ref, or whatever he is) has got Popeye arms! I wonder if that has a strength bonus as pertains to grip… he could probably kill ya with a pinch!

Oh no! Cube lost his shoes! Does this mean he will be disqualified from continued play?nuk

You’re both wrong. He’s upside down.

What a game! First hit, and the bases are already loaded.

A risky play on Stromscale’s part; Cube is well known for his grand slam attacks.

For a minute there, I thought Cube was showing his vulnerable side, but no, all sides are the same by definition.

“Sir, they have us surrounded! … Sir, I know you’re a gelatinous cube, but I could swear you just grinned devilishly…”

Something tells me that wasn’t Drago’s true plan.
Rather, it was either a) signal of “phase 1 complete, prepare the assassins and whatnot” or b) a ploy by our dear author to get us to suspect something about the true plot in question.

Cube isn’t invulerable. There was that time with Grinner.

I can see that Cube is all fired up for the match. Now he’s warmed up I expect to see some excellent play.

“That’s the Cube. They put several dozen pounds of explosives down, set it off right underneath him, and all it did was piss him off.”
