Yes. Like most everyone, I had thought that Ms. Bai was taking petty vengeance on the Doogans for being annoying. But it turns out that Ms. Bai was a trap!

How on earth does one shout “lightly”?

In the fourth panel it says, “I believe *we we* can co-exist….” Is that a wee-wee joke?
