Wow! I didn’t realize you could empty the looking glass that way… Neat concept.

I don’t know if YOU could. This is, after all, the princess.

She rolled a successful “pick pocket dimensions” check.

Are you sure he isn’t one of the cushions?

Fairly sure, there were 3 cushions in both frames….

In the last frame is a brown lumbar support pillow that doesn’t appear in any of the other panels. Also, in a meditation chamber with no furniture, why would there be a lumbar support pillow in the first place?

I thought that was Derek’s leg.

Hey, I’m one of the first people here!
Mike, I would like to compliment you on this comic. First, the puns are spectacular. Second, the storylines (ever since level 4 at least) have been pretty great. Third, the characters are very likable. Fourth, your art is really good. Finally, it’s fairly clean, and it looks like the few exceptions where early installment weirdness. Keep up the good work.

Ok, I know, replying to my self.
I just noticed that Madeline’s hair is longer and unkempt. A subtle way to show she is not herself.

So, I’m guessing the Princess has some questions, and would like some answers? 🙂

Can anyone read the last line Derek has written? I can read:
    • Post-Traumatic
    • Amnesia
    • Post-Survivor Guilt
    • Associative ?

Looks like associative Narnia. Probably a side effect of taking Dinkum’s shortcut.

Associative Agnosia, it’s a disorder where you can perceive an object, but you find yourself unable to identify it. You can, for example, see a squirrel, and even draw a squirrel but you can’t say it’s a squirrel or what a squirrel is.

Ok, what is Mimic doing there? I get that he and Maddie are friends, but counselling is usually supposed to be a very private affair.

Maybe he’s there to provide moral support. Maddie’s pretty shy around Derek these days, so she may need a bit of backup – and some nudging – just to feel safe enough to talk.

Isn’t he also the one she has a crush on? I’d say she’s finally gotten beyond mere professional contact. Thanks, Princess!

Kudos for having an actual therapy session in a world of fantasy.
Shame that the princess decided to mess it up.

She isn’t a particularly considerate person, but in this instance she did just survive a murder attempt.

The green cushion is in the foreground. The cushion with 4 corner tassels is also in the foreground.
The lumbar support is the prime suspect.
