Grinner’s back into the game! And he must’ve had a nice surgeon to stitch back all those body parts without them rotting too much.
Speaking of Grinner by the way, is there any particular reason why gnolls aren’t mentioned in the Monster Guide?

Yeah, funny thing about the Resurrection rules – as long as there are a few gory, horribly mutilated, barbarian-bootprinted shreds of the enemy left, his buddies can get him put back good as new just by going to the nearest Evil Temple (TM).

This is certainly a level for Old Home Week.

And our threesome are certainly earning their XPs.

That gnoll’s body knows the trouble he’s seen.

A dangerous precedent has just been set.

I feel like some of the villains in Scooby Doo just hired someone to take out the gang.

    Let’s do this.

Grinner should know better than to slam his blade into Rusty’s picture like that. It didn’t work out too well for him the last time.

blade looks repaired… so it might very well be the same knife.

Anyone else notice that everyone in the room minus the Don has some form of injury to them?

    Oh. poor Dan. [giggles]

Squiddly Diddly? Awesome. But the image of one of the callimafia in a sailor suit and cap keeps imploding.

Grinner, good to see ya. I see someone even (mis)welded your dagger back together. Watch for the badger gun, do not short change the bartender, and do not Feysbook your plans!

“Ding”? Oh crap. Does no bad guy stay dead, ever?…Okay, so maybe Plaidbeard is actually dead (Magic Missile’d), but who knew Grinner would have survived?

Who said Plaidbeard is *dead* – three words for you:
      Wild.
      Magic.
      Surge.

Who knows WHAT could have happened to him with that tinkered and altered ‘spell projectile’?

Aarrr, We be talking the captain of the Uncanny Dodger? “Dead” may be skirtin’ the edge a bit, but Plaidbeard weren’t properly kilt. I’m sure once figures the homey who missled him …

Grinner was the bard’s nemesis, not Madeline’s.

I hope we’ll see Vinnie again after all we need the strong but not smart second in command

Looks like a chirgeon’s work. Uses the most viable parts of 2 bodies and raises one patient. Maybe his sister or cousin hangs back to pick up the pieces.

Wait, why were they displaced? Did launching the missile ruin their hideout?

As someone else commented, it may or may not have crashed through the roof. Also, everybody knows where their hideout is now.
