It ain’t worse than death, but it damn sure ain’t managing her tavern either.
I don’t see Zar. Is he not trusted for some reason?
Zar sticks to his own realm.
Zar is not at the Princess’s beck and call.
And if he were — he would come in a minute — that is, three months and eight days from the other characters’ point of view.
I’m also not seeing her aged gnome advisor – the one who warned Malevelous about ‘banking a baseball off some idiot’ in the Mountain Giants’ first game.

I can only imagine that those “hi”s must be a bit truncated… or at least muffled.
Aww, Maddie and Derek! The boys are back together! Poor Y.T got left out, though.

She is the odd one out — the Princess knows everyone else.
if Stabs was annoyed at gaining “trusted” status, Y.T. might be downright insulted. But also, I don’t think she or her snakefolk clan live near the castle.
Also, the Princess hasn’t met her.
Good points. Though I don’t recall Princess meeting Robespierre before now, either. Sure, they were both at the Games, but they didn’t interact, far as I know.
On the other hand, Roxy was the one gathering, and Roxy trusts her brother. If the Princess objects, Roxy points out that Petey got rid of the Interdimensional Horror, which he would not have done if he were on the bad guys’ side. Limited contact is trumped by obvious proof of trustworthiness.

Last time princess heard of her, she was still trying to kill her friends in an Illithid hideout. That’s not really what “trusted” implies.
Maybe Roxy should lead with ‘there’s a sapient gelatinous creature living in your house’ next time instead of trying to surprise the permanently dour, irritable, violent, potentially homicidal person.
Yeah, I know people have given good reasons for Yvonne-Tiffany’s (admittedly personally refuse to stop calling her Yuan-Tiffany) absence, but it’s still a shame. She was amusing in her first appearance, came into her own as it were in the hipster vampires chapter and solidified as a great character two chapters ago. Hell, maybe she’s busy enjoying her holiday using the tickets granted to them after they were effectively banned from the hotel.
First she wanted some allies.
You know, you guys should think about making a video game adaptation of the comic sometime. Or a VG set in its world at least. This motley crew seems like they’d be great fun to build parties out of, and scenarios like the three we just went through would be great for replay value where players can pick various oddball teams.
Meet Oozanka. She’s kind of your new housemate. As in she’s your house, so hopefully you can be mates.
And she’s probably been here longer than you and watched you grow up… okay, try not to think too hard about what she’s witnessed inside these walls.

Well Robespierre, I’d imagine the lady on the throne is in charge. At the very least, she’s in charge by Barbarian standards, as she’s capable of kicking everyone in the room’s teeth or teeth-equivalent in.
Cube and Oozanka excepted – cube by virtue of having no teeth equivalent and Oozanka actually being the room in question.
Rusty and Cube snuggling Mimic is seriously adorable. It makes me happy.
I thought Maddie was of equal or slightly greater height than Derek. I must be misremembering.
Aww… Maddie and Derek are so cute together! Always wonderful to see moments of simple happiness in the midst of plots and schemes like this.
