Wait, she needs to STOP doing more cardio? Doesn’t that just mean stop running?
Yup. Earlier, in the chase, she thought she had to do more. (To get in shape for such chases)
Now, she’s thinking she’s overdone it.
She should, of course, have built up gradually.
Gotta bump that CON. A +2 to concentration checks will only get you so far.
They’re bringing all 4 derro out into the sunlight! Better be careful which way they face.

It looks like the “fungus-infected” guards are racing down into the dungeons, instead of outside…?
How can we tell which guards are fungus-infected? Infection aside, they were likely in the throne room, given their prisoner, so I suspect they’re just running down to ground floor, as the ground floor tends to have the safest (if not the quickest) exits from the building. We can see Cube (who would’ve also been in the throne room) rushing down the stairs, as well

Anything could be a cure in the right situation and dose
Naw, there are many substances which, no matter how big or small the dose is, won’t cure a thing.
All jokes aside I think I really did guess what was about to happen
That’s probably not supposed to be a call back to “what’s green today that’s blue tomorrow,” but I’m choosing to believe that it is anyway.
Oookay… so:
1) the castle is now a golem
2) the treasury is still inside
so… does this mean it’s a monster with a heart of gold? =)
though at least (for once) it will actually *make sense* that you kill the mob and it drops treasure!!

3) The fungus growing on it was never completely cleaned up.
4) The Viscount expects that Cube will be in a position to clean out the fungus tomorrow.
So, the castle is now a golem *infected with the fungus.*
Also, the Viscount is planning for the “graceful good folks” to defeat the fungus-infected castle golem and restore it to its previous fungus-infested but inanimate state.
I suspect he specifically gave Malevolous the fungicide to put it into a non-infested state.
But what if the entire castle becomes a fungal abomination, like what happened with Grawlf and Whitey? Then they’ll be forced to fungicide the whole thing.
I notice that of everyone we DO see… we don’t see our “Princess”, unless I’m blind as a bat…
There are a lot more guards than we see, too.
Gotta love how the castle has a face.

I wonder of the bullywugs are acting on an oracle’s premonition, and think they are saving the kingdom from an animated castle, only they started the assault too early. It would certainly explain why they brought a ballista with poison-tipped ammunition.
In which case, Dorilys will start understanding them even better soon.
It just occurred to me. Since Dorilys is a cleric, she is literally speaking to the gods. So without thinking, she asked the gods to have her start doing more cardio. Now she is asking them to stop.
If that’s the case, she’s probably gonna ask them to resume in a few minutes.
