Methinks this was not a fortuitous happenchance, this trip.
There is the shadow of a tail on the wall, suggesting who will appear on the next page.
Poor Presti needs her breakfast, and a chance to get dressed. (After this start to the morning, would a shower or a nice warm bath be too much to ask for?)
I think this is the same thing that took the alleyway troll’s head off during the baseball episode. That doesn’t mean the viscount’s about to show up here though, the devil is a seperate entity.
Of course, a nice warm bath might sound appealing to Dog Town, right now – but I don’t suggest he should be allowed such a thing.
Then there’s also the question: if the moat has been drained, how much water is left in the castle?
Very true. Who may also be responsible for his tripping, but used — something to do it.

I’m holding my breath for Minimaladine’s booming return. She and Sir Malevolus may have gone separate ways since we last saw them, but I’m hopeful she’s still around in that ridiculously massive Antipaladin armor. As a wise mage once said, ‘As the size of the explosion increases, the number of social interactions it is incapable of solving approaches zero.’
