I’d go with the amusement park. Just be sure to bring holy water. Then when the ghost turns out to be a smuggler walk away and ignore him. It’s lawful people not good people who care about people dodging tariffs.
Well… it’s likely the tariffs they’re dodging are helping to fund all the social programs the LG society maintains. Now if it’s Pirates in a LE society, yes, ignore them, even help them.
