Awww, okay so no actual wings, well I’ll keep looking for that order perk or whatever it was that does let Paladins have wings just to satisfy my own curiosity now.

I was waiting for it to be a practical joke on her by the rest of the order. And that she’d gotten them – much like she’d gotten a halberd and a trident…
…so, now the real question remains: how DOES she execute those phenomenal jumps and why does she keep her eyes closed during those jumps as well as combat?
Blinded Blade Style feat chain; you gain bonuses and lose the downsides when blinded by any means, even by having your eyes closed.
Admittedly it’s from PathFinder, but I’m sure that D&D itself has something similar. If not, it’s easy to port over.

Surprise, her helmet looks like the salad bowl the flash used to wear…

…okay, those are 2 questions.
With the ridiculous high jumps and blind attacks; sometimes I think she’s secretly a Paladin-Monk brew.
She seems to have Boots of Springing and Striding, based on several of the sound effects when she jumps.
