Great job using Angelissa’s wings to accentuate what a dangerous fighter she is. Pressing her attack on the Eldritch Abomination in panel 3, she reminds me of an angry goose. (By which I do NOT mean she looks silly. I mean an actual angry goose, and those things are terrifying!)
Yep… the geese at my local park (a non-migratory species) usually aren’t too bad if you leave them alone. But I regularly see small children and dogs learn the hard way that if anyone is going to get chased around the park, it’s not the geese. 😉
From my comment on the previous page. The planar ally is an appearance of my OC as a Patreon reward, she is an astral deva with class levels. Her name is Angelissa, but the comic has so far not named her. The alt text of the previous page just called her “the planar ally”.
Draco, I can forgive the cheating (it really is just part of the game), the arrogance (also part of the game), and getting tricked by a “lord” of evil. However pissing off Robbespierre while an abomination rampages is going to put Byron the Minotaur in more danger, and that is unforgivable.
I just spent far too long looking at panels two and three thinking “Who’s the ginger in the red tam o’shanter? and where did Robespierre come from?”
(To see if you can flip it to the way I was seeing it–gut/shirt = hat; belt = hat brim; brown furry garment which I dare not call a skirt = hair; leg = back of neck; red part of shoe = shirt; pink part of shoe = some kind of shoulder epaulette; shadow = body.)

Is this the ‘called shot’? Is the chapter about to end?!
He has to call it first, then make it to make it a called shot.
Are we about to leave Namek?
Yet in one fleeting moment, for anew it doth grow~
Robbespierre is not going to take that well at all. I pity the pitcher…
And seems like eldritch abominations from beyond the veil of reality are also not subject to Derek’s vow. ^^

Geese are evil.
I think of her more as a graceful swan, but a goose would work too. Both are birds you do not want to anger.
Geese (and swans) are just above the mass limit where birds start to become really dangerous, and you want to keep on their good sides if possible.

Wing buffet attack!
I looked at the cast page, and I still don’t know where you got that name for the summoned angel.

And the only thing sadder than that is the poor fool who just put himself at the top of a pissed off barbarian’s list.

It might be Anti-Maddie…

Also, where is Slobber these days?
Well, damn; now I cannot unsee that either. In fact, it takes a bit of an effort for me to flip back to seeing Robespierre’s leg.
