It’s actually title text, not alt text. A common misconception though.
The Pirate Clerk keeps his cool even when being intimidated. I’m impressed by that.
Fun thought: what if it’s a violation of the rules to do it without being subjected to a realistic threat? Have to dot those i’s and cross those t’s, after all.
So if they have a spin off, can we call it the “Boxford Files”?

Now I want to know what Rusty’s real name is.
Perhaps his people use the naming convention used by goblins in the Goblins webcomic – so he’d be “Eats Metal”
With a rust monster, that’s more like the convention used by the igors of Diskworld.
Rather sure Dr Strange err… I mean Zar from the last arc said it was Russell. Last name Stovers perhaps?
As I recall, per the alt text, Rusty doesn’t have a last name, so Zar was improvising.
Robespierre’s lean-in intimidation (lean-intimidation if you will) was something I never knew I needed in my life.
And now you can’t imagine how you lived your life and flourished without it, am I right?

Oh yeah, Guy! His last name was…uhhh…well, I can’t think of it right now, so he’s probably not that important. He’d probably just get killed off in the first five minutes to show how serious the situation is.
Actually, Guy was his last name. First name is ‘Might’.
Rusty’s real name is probably “Eat Pen!”, Assuming they have birth certificates for rust monsters.
Is that a reference to Two Guys and Guy?
