I’m glad this goes to show that the jail bars weren’t actually keeping anyone IN. Its more like a reminder that if they sneak out, things will be worse, rather then actually preventing them from leaving!

I suspect she’s being sarcastic.
Mimic is lucky, because it is the NEXT warning, that is going to be memorable, not THIS ONE.

Kris is awesome, but what does he actually do? “Simple order (flee)” is a first-level bard spell, but seems to work like a charm for rogues….
If I remember correctly, he was hitting on Dorilys earlier. So he gets a +12 circumstance bonus on his “Annoy Woman” skill check….
I love that Kris’s only contribution to Mimic’s escape is repelling Dorilys.

True, but removing the guard doesn’t usually involve a critical failure on a charisma roll.

A good rogue makes failing to charm his way through be part of the plan.
