Yep. Strong anaphylactic shock whenever exposed to positive energy. Well-known medical condition for unde- I mean alternative-life people.
OK, now I am very concerned about the poor Gnoll medic..
Now that you mention it, on second reading, I could have been too hasty assuming they were undead, I though the purple thingy was the inside of their skull, but it seems more likely to be a mushroom cap.
And there is already an Undead team, the Nine Wraiths.

Hey umm Dwarfurious… you are aware that Elves are Equal to Humans in Strength, More agile, and smarter, as well as Magically more inclined and have Centuries to Learn to do more stuff better…. and that’s Just in D&D where the Elven Races is Designed to be Balanced for Game purposes. In settings where Game Balance is Not really Important, like say Anything BUT a game, Elves Tend to pretty much be better than humans in EVERY way(Except Humility, because they are Arrogant as Hell), Proportionally Stronger (they are Skinnier but just as strong if not more), More Agile, Better Senses, Possibly Have Magic where Humans Cannot EVER unless they have Elven Blood….. So why is it a surprise that these Elves Made it so far in this game? Even Considering the Trolls and Ring Wraiths…
I have no idea how many immunities the DM’s Girlfriend-PrC confers, but the princess started out as a Monk or more likely a Brawler, right? She should be quite hardy. ^_^
I’m actually thinking something along the lines of shapeshifters rather than undead. Could that be a bunch of dopplegangers on the field? If so, where are the real Green Sox?
That arrogant team captain seems to be a real Elf. On the previous page, she’s showing no signs of transformation. Maybe her team got ghosted out from under her without her knowing, or she’s the token real Elf set up to give the team legitimacy.
Looking back through the archives you can see the faces of the Green Sox’s players when they are first shown practicing before the first game. But when they are introduced during this game all the members faces have been in shadows the entire time with exception of Rue Lily
Hands up if you think it looks like a giant certain anatomy. Sure, mushroom works, but with the coloring . . well, mushroom still works., but . . . .
To be fair, everyone knows a lot of elves are big di . . . .
Well, I say…
1)__Let the “batter” get closer,
2)__TAKE the bat from him,
3)__beat him to a bloody pulp,
4)__repeat Step_3 on the “whateveritis” that clings to her,
5)__resume the general mayhem until they’re all done

“hhhhhhhh” is about the noise I made when I saw this too
I’m still making it, every time I look at the last two panels. >_<;
Is that a Myconi… I mean… is that a mushroom person?!
He’s really just a fun-guy.
Well, that explains why they didn’t want Roxy’s help.
Probably still don’t.

Those are undead? What’s up with the tentacle hands? The face looks rather flabby as well.
If they are undead, want to bet Dr. Grawlf joins them at some point?
Mushroom people remain a possibility.

So. o_o They weren’t Elves.
Makes sense. No way elves get that far in this sport alive. Course, maybe they are elves and this is just what they really look like.
Depends on their class levels, doesn’t it?
Get high enough up there, and you can shrug off siege weapons and kill elephants with a spoon.
Or maybe that incantation did more than put them under mind control … maybe it mutated them.
Or possibly only some of the team’s members had been replaced by these … things, and that arrogant team captain did not know.
And they were counting on arrogance to make her keep Roxy and Roxy’s ilk away.
Weapon Focus: Cutlery.
You never know when you’re gonna need it…

I hear some elves have even mastered capitalization.
..because they spend all their time in the arctic making toys?
Found the Elf.
So… a princess is being attacked? By a creature with tentacles?
I’ve seen too much internet to know where this is going
You are incorrect, sir/madam/honored personage.
A creature with tentacles is about to be attacked by a princess.
It already has been. It’s about to be attacked MORE, and to be stomped into oblivion. :p
Ah, but does she have powers to protect herself from spores?
I have no idea how many immunities the DM’s Girlfriend-PrC confers, but the princess started out as a Monk or more likely a Brawler, right? She should be quite hardy. ^_^
Well, she HAS got two Docs there to help with infection….
I believe a pair o’ docs at this time would just generate more confusion.
Full marks. Well done.
“A Princess contests with wild fun guys” I get it! “Go for the jugular”
I’m glad it’s not only me who puts Carpe Jugulum as the best words to live by.
Isn’t that the motto of the Insane Clown Posse?
Err not to my knowledge, it’s a title of one of the Discworld book
Ooo. Wild fungis! How did I miss that!

There might’ve never be any REAL Green Sox. Were shapeshifters from start.

Doppelgangers that shed skin was on that TV show with an alternate universe.
