If you figured it out before Presti, it's probably because you didn't have your head in a fireball.

I’m wondering why the psychic didn’t pronounce it correctly, though.

He probably had to phrase it in a way that kept it cryptic and sounded like something commonplace. If he’d pronounced it “Go for the juggler”, she’d have been on the alert for any juggler from the start. At least, that’s my best guess.

What is this “Protect” spell I keep seeing? Can’t recall such a thing from all my D&D days!

Pretty sure that’s just a cool way of showing Protection from Energy (cold) and Protection from Energy (fire). These guys are really depleting Prestige’s spells…

She’s also had “VANCE!” as a sound effect. I suspect the terms are not directly related to the spell.

Considering that from her perspective that was less than a minute, it seems unlikely that anyone really figured it out before her…

Hard to tell. People guessed it last week.

On the other hand, we had the advantage of perspective, since that guy wasn’t in Presti’s line of sight.

For us it was a week, for her it was 12 seconds…

Mind you, his balls are changing color as well.

You’re right, good eye. And I wouldn’t just be casually standing near where area effect attacks are being thrown around like Mr. Juggles. Splash damage is a real threat unless you’re somehow protecting yourself… and it’s hard to do that and juggle at the same time.

And on this page at the least, not a one of them is blue.
At least, not that we can see.

How do you render an enemy juggler impotent? Take away his balls….
