Warning came too late. Tried it the day the comic came out. Brain ran screaming out the door into the night, and have only just manged to recapture and drag it back here today.
As a kid with cerebral palsy and only basic TV, Mister Roger’s positivity made my life awesome. Godspeed in the neighborhood of afterlives, you glorious beast
Nah, a low INT score would make her illiterate, or even inarticulate (“Long wurds is hard; me hit bad t’ing.”).
Madeline (somehow) has a dangerously low *WIS* score, gullible to the extreme – unless her variety of Paladin-ish-ness gives her some kind of bonus to willpower-related saves or similar, she’s really gonna get taken in if a vampire decides to /Charm/ her…
Maybe her int is quite far from her wis and it causes a mental inbalance. i mean when she said that the bridge was mad she immediately acknowledged that it could be like mimic. she didn’t notice the tentacles however, so low wis higher int? (for the non D&D players: perceptive skills like spotting and listening are governed by wisdom [wis])
It’s a miserable day in this neighborhood, a terible day for a neighbor,
Why are you mine, can’t you leave, time?
I have never wanted a neighbor just like you,
I have never wanted to live in a neighborhood with you….
Hrrrrnnnngh. Madeline. My heart. Your adorable dumbness has made it explode. I may also have diabetes. I’m not sure. Not enough blood movement to test.

I would bet money she does indeed have a kraken under her.
I dunno, she doesn’t look very angry.

Don’t let your mind wander, it’s too little to be out on its own.
I love this paladin!
I can’t believe I just said that.
Why? She’s adorable.
If the bridge is a-rockin, don’t anger the kraken!
I don’t think Mr. Kraken makes a good neighbor…
Bet you a hermit would love him. He’s just not a good neighbor if you’re sociable.
Do billy goats work on well as kraken under the bridge as they do on trolls? Or maybe this is just a troubled kraken.
pullezee let the Kraken swollow Cube 😉
That actually sounds interesting. It might take a while for Cube to Digest his way out, but it would be awesome to see.
I wanna marry this paladin. Hands off people!
Oh really now? Well I’d like to court her also! I challenge you sir, to a duel!
She’d make a great friend and all, but… Paladin.
I don’t think it’d… “work out in the end” if you catch my drift.
Challenge accepted! EN GUARDE!
Oh, the sweater! It’s a little heartbreaking because I used to work where Mister Rogers was filmed. He was such a good person!

‘Cause everybody loves a sharp dressed Kraken
Sorry, it’s “Cause every girl’s crazy ’bout a sharp dressed Krakken.
New I should have looked up the lyrics.
…You do have a kraken under you, Madeline.
Does this mean you’re mad?
Are we all mad here?
`We must be, or we wouldn’t have come here.
It’s time to sing “Won’t you be my neighbor?”

I knew she was dense, but I never realized just how much before. Dear Lord, her INT stat must be in the negatives.
Nah, a low INT score would make her illiterate, or even inarticulate (“Long wurds is hard; me hit bad t’ing.”).

Maybe she’s a Pathfinder Paladin, they get charisma to everything
She’s got plenty of that, right?
http://www.d20srd.org/srd/classes/paladin.htm#divineGrace
Yes, yes she does. That class feature right there is one of the top reasons to be a pally in the first place.
Charisma bonus to all saves in newer editions, constant Protection from Evil in older editions. She should be okay.
That said, none of her activities imply low Wisdom, and her intelligence can be 7 or so and still be articulate,
Not shown low wisdom? She didn’t even notice that they were fighting sockpuppets. Perception type stuff is based off of wisdom.
True. When bridges get mad, they don’t scream, they just get very … arch.
About the interview: Who do you picture playing Cube? Danny Trejo?
Ving Rhames.
Kraken knows how to rock a necktie, too.
LD Paladin; Lawful Dumb…….lol
It’s a miserable day in this neighborhood, a terible day for a neighbor,

*applause*

But I’m not mad at you.
