Not being the morning person myself, it took me a few minutes to realise that panels 1 & 2 weren’t in any form of 3D format. I was going crosseyed and out-of-focus and all sorts.
Oh, that’s easy. She doesn’t believe in divine right, or the rule of law. She’s just very good at convincing people that doing what she wants is the best way to make everyone happy… or else.
Divine right isn’t the only justification for monarchy, yaknow <.<
As long as the rulers stay decently skilled, they will have a lifetime of practice by the end of their run.
As oposed to 2-4 years for presidents.
So, monarchy makes a lot of sense if you can ensure the rulers are always good at their job.
