5e doesn’t have a Forgery skill though. It has various tools that can be used with a number of skills when proficient. Xanathar’s has a blurb on ways to use these tools that make tool proficiencies actually useful (e.g. giving advantage on certain skill checks and listing situations where a tool would be useful, like using carpenter’s tools to build a temporary shelter or the cobbler’s tools to build a hidden compartment in the heel of your boots).
Drawing would be covered by the painter’s supplies. There is no ability score assigned to it, and the DC for painting an accurate portrait is ridiculously low according to Xanathar’s (DC10). So I think Roxy basically lacks proficiency with them, rolled straight DEX with disadvantage, and, well… see the comic for results.
I’d say you could make a distinction between using the throne as cover and cowering behind it. At least I think her posture says “ready for action” more than “please someone make it go away”.
All kinds of artistic crafting, really. Still, to “make art”, the crafting process is rather inconsequential. The important part is to *sell* something as art.
Speaking of art, I love Roxy’s face in panel 1. I love how her concern, enjoyment, and probably more than a little relief to have everyone back are all showing at once. Everyone’s expressions are really great in this strip, but that one in particular stands out.
After too many too long arguments about it, our table decided art was a Tool Proficiency check, so it wasn’t tied to one stat. If we feel like being extra spicy, we subtract the result from 20 to set the DC for Insight Checks to understand/interpret the outcome.
Something nagging at me: why didn’t Roxie ever mention the Viscount who gave her the incantation for turning the Creminions against the Princess at the Games? You’d think that would be a major tipoff to the rest as to a potential adversary. Would have been especially handy when she was being blamed and imprisoned.

Nah, art is a CHA skill, to convince others it’s art
In d&d, I would expect it to be covered by the “forgery” skill, which is CHA. In PF, I have no idea.

Or Rule of Funny ruled.
5e is irrelevant. Technically, all of d&d is irrelevant; thanks once again to Mr Golden for preventing that incident from getting even worse.
Forgery is an INT skill, and would apply to making art forgeries. Craft (painting) is the skill to use, and should also apply to Pathfinder.
Yeah, learning any art is a battle of attrition and perseverance
Oh no! Another impostor! The REAL Princess would strangle Oozanka right now and damn the odds, but never hide behind the throne!
The Princess is not the same self-absorbed Princess who beat up mind-controlled bystanders. She has learned something about allies.
She’s a hot slutty cartoon princess…that’s a tentacle. She’s right to hide.
What evidence have you seen of sluttiness? I seem to recall she’s been pretty faithful to Whitey.
I’d say you could make a distinction between using the throne as cover and cowering behind it. At least I think her posture says “ready for action” more than “please someone make it go away”.
To me her posture says “recovering from a jump scare” and “preparing to restrain oneself from committing murder on one’s allies”.
DEX needs to be involved in art-making.
Naw, in drawing, maybe, but it’s inconsequential for art-making.
Sculptures.

I think the art is quite good.
I’d say art involves all six stats. That’s why it’s appealing to so many people in so many ways.

The only other person available was Rukia Kuchiki.
Surely you need a psionic character to do a power point presentation?
Wow.

She felt she was suckered and is embarrassed.
No one asked.
Or both.
That was five years ago and she’s forgotten?
Typo alert, panel 4: should be “Until SHE tells us otherwise…”
Fixed, thank you.
Oozanka’s practically one of the family already.
Auntie Dwelluvium.
So, it took me until this page to realize that Oozanka is the reason the attackers had a poison tipped ballista.
