That’s true for reality, but conspiracy theories are much more likely to be true in fiction. I can’t figure out why, though. If only there were some sort of obvious correlation between conspiracy theories and fiction.
Please, she was seducing him. Flashing that wrist as her sleeve just “happens” to slide all the way down to her elbow… that “Come up and see me some time” stance in panel three…
C’mon, Presti, no need to square off! Maybe Cube is looking at the situation from a different angle? You’ve got a veteran adventurer in your corner giving you an edge over your adversaries, why not let him take point and see if he can’t bring some new info to the surface?
Yeah, you shouldn’t be obtuse. One can be sure that Cube considered all sides of this problem, so if he’s going off a tangent, it’s only because he’s acutely aware that it’ll come full circle at the end of the line.
Language proficiencies are hit or miss. It’s definitely got storytelling value but I’ve run into a lot of times where it was just slowing things down or making them annoying.
Or you can just take Interpretive Dance and make sure your linguistics skill is high enough you auto-succeed your checks.

a conspiracy theory is just 10 feet away from conspiracy fact.
Theory and practice usually are farther apart…
But with all those secret passages, you never know.

And off comes the eyemask, finally. Apparently that’s what it takes to impress seriousness on her.
Did Cube just remove an article of Presti’s clothing, without consent?
I think it took a dive of its own inclination. Complaints will have to revolve about how he carried her off against her will.
And him a married Cube, too.

It’s just a clothing accessory. Calm down.
I love how cube managed to get the eyemask off, yet leave those fuzzy pink slippers on. Even gravity gives cube a wide berth.
“I miss the frogs *small belch*”
Okay, she’s green but she’s not Grogu…
If the big frog problem is recurring, maybe they need to hire Yuan-Tiffany.
HAHAHAHA, I loved that small look to the camera of “Do YOU know what’s going on?”
Dorylis looking to the audience for help, but unfortunately while we do speak Cube’s language, we’re lousy translators.
We do?
You don’t? He’s speaking clear cubanese. Well, translucent cubanese.
I thought cubanese was just spanish (with a funny accent)

Ugh. Take my internet thumbs up as a sine of my appreciation, as I have no other geometric puns to make.
I’ll cosine that!
This is all rather hyperbolic if you ask me.
Well, this discussion went off on quite the tangent.
Well, sometimes there are ‘narrative hooks’, but other times it’s more of a ‘throw’, ‘toss’ or ‘shanghai’.
