Bare-handed sunder maneuver. One-handed, to boot.
Now that’s something that never cropped up in any game I was part of. As a game master, I would have been hard-pressed to rule it, one way or another.
I mean, there is nothing in the base rules against it, AFAIK. But, whoah.
Well, he definitely seems like he has barbarian levels which (at least in the edition I play) grants uncanny dodge, making him immune to flanking once he gets the improved version. So that’s likely not an issue for him.
inside this chest, Blood Bath may have Total Cover. His foes know roughly where he is, but not precisely. It’s a big chest. That would negate any flanking issue.
And any of his attacks may qualify as attack from stealth, because again, his foes don’t know what his next attack will be – hands, feet, the whole chest.
Um, the latter may be stretching it too far. Again, I don’t know how I would react if a player was doing this trick while me GMing…
What WOULD CG have done by now? Certainly some unboxing for sure, but what else? Solved the problem, probably, but how? Solving by dissolving? Seems kinda lime…
Considering Short n’ Stout busted a huge honking hole in the bottom for his legs, and there appears to be a few pieces breaking loose on the side, I’d say they’re off to a good start.
I’m not sure if we’re looking at gold or silver coins. If at least some of them are silver, in addition to any Rube-Goldberg-effect, they could turn out to be very effective against some of the hostiles since silver (ions) are known to kill bacteria, fungi and other nasty things (which is why bandages often contain silver nanoparticles). While reading up on the antibacterial properties of silver, I learnt that researchers found that bacteria killed by silver are even turned into ‘zombies’ (not a scientific term) that kill their former peers. Awesome, but not entirely unscary stuff.

Looks like someone got a wonderful awful idea. I wonder what she’s planning.
To ruin Christmas, I presume.
As long as it’s the derro’s Christmas.
For every Blue down in Blue-ville.
Yeesh, talk about a strong grip. I would NOT wanna shake Blood Bath’s hand.
Wait, I just noticed every time he says “Grunt”, he’s around a guard or knight. Is he calling *them* “grunts”?

Bare-handed sunder while being flanked, no less. I would LOVE to see Blood Bath’s build.
And be his friend!

Clearly not all Rogue.

Poor Whitey, I hope he’s not a sword loser…
I love that Grinch grin in fourth panel.
It’s brilliant!
Panel four has its perks, but panel five is the first time I’ve seen her look sultry.
Yeah, most of the time, she looks in-sultry, which is just fine.
Numismatism! Whitey, you logophile rascal you!
(Hey, others covered the Grinch.)
Makes me wonder if it’s Whitey who knows that word, or the fungus!
Charisma seems to be his dump stat… he might actually have ok INT.

Especially, what could Cube have done that gives Dorilys an idea?
Engulf.
