      It would be easier in the long run, but the hard part would be creating an objective scale to start with, so that the numbers have some context to them

    Thinking about my résumé as a character sheet for myself will go a long way to ease my grumpiness at having to revise it for the umpteenth time later this year when my current contract ends, so thanks for that. 🙂
