Splendid! Not only is this an interesting bit of insight into the nature of railships and railship piracy, it is a bloody genius use of that Belt of Genre Changing! I love it! ^_^
Something I realized, when she was disguised as “Nuff”, the Princess had light brown hair with colored blonde-and-purple tips. Did she dye her hair brown to match her beard as “Nuff”, or is it her natural hair color?
I was initially inclined to think the latter, because the colored tips looked more like blonde-purple dye that was running out and not being reapplied, but I also thought that it could also just be that she missed some spots when coloring it brown.
OK, I’m several days behind in reading my RSS feeds (life got really busy), and it’s the middle of the night or else I would be laughing, whooping and clapping at this genius twist! But inside my head I am whooping, laughing and clapping!

OH
See I generally just read from my RSS app, I assumed the missives were to save time for some life event I didn’t read about ‘v’;
Wait, was this just another “genre” to flush her out? That’s brilliant!
There were some people who guessed it earlier — but yeah, it’s brilliant.
I have to agree, this is a brilliant use of the Belt of Genre Changing! 😀
Agreed! Terribly, terribly brilliant. And meta. First, disguise yourself as an unassumin’ interviewer…
I LOVE THIS!
Haha, I KNEW it!
B stands for Boxford.
T. Morningwood I’d assume.
That was truly brilliant. Just before clicking on this page, I wondered when you were going to resolve the last “Re-Genre”. Well done!
Well. Color me surprised, it worked. XD
Now, is that the real Tarta or is she a high enough level druid that they’re about to attack a shrubbery she’s using as a decoy?
It’s Log from Blammo!
…
Does anyone even remember Naruto Abridged?
It’s Critical Missives. This means the real character shows up.
Dreadaxe writes:
Dear Mimic,
Who has the belt right now?
I like that mimic is ashamed enough by his name that he won’t use it, but still proud enough to initial the question.
It’s so that Tarta doesn’t realise it’s a trap

Basically, railships are trains with a pirate flavor. Now all we need are sea-trains with stetson-clad desperados packing six-shooters.
